Similar in spirit to DC’s Teen Titans and the recent run of LEGO games, Marvel Super Hero Squad is a child-friendly brawler starring Marvel’s most notable characters. If you’ve ever wanted to see adorable versions of Hulk and Iron Man whale on each other, you’re in the right place. In the game’s primary mode — a campaign of six chapters set around you tracking down broken pieces that make up “The Infinity Sword” — you punch and kick enemies through linear stages, arena battles, and button-pressing/controller-shaking minigames (which feature frustrating timing at certain points).
