Rich with solid visuals and easy to pick-up-and-play controls, Toy Story 3 does everything right except provide a challenge. Players who enjoy spending time in a game where they collect stars, items, trophies or achievement points and toys will dig the game, but those looking for a real gameplay experience should look elsewhere. It is ideal for kids who love the movies because Toy Story 3 the video game looks just like the movie! The production value is impeccable and Disney Interactive Studios, Pixar and Avalanche Software have done an excellent job bringing Toy Story to life in an interactive fashion. The toy box mode is a nice addition to the game as well for fans of collecting and building.

Classic Game Room HD reviews ULTRAMAN for Super Nintendo SNES from 1991. Based on the 1960's Japanese television show, Ultraman is a campy, cheesy fighting game where you play as Ultraman and beat the life bar out of cheesy monsters invading from space (or the back lot straight out of wardrobe). From Ban Dai, Ultraman may capture the cheesy feeling of the shows but fails to deliver good fighting game controls. Slow and sluggish controls, awkward movements and sloppy gameplay mechanics send Ultraman to the bargain bin. Yes, not all is bad in Japanese TV land! Ultraman is a cheesy, bad fighting game on the Super NIntendo! A rarity indeed, Ultraman has more in common with campy Genesis action titles like Death Duel and Cyborg Justice than most top shelf SNES titles like Super Metroid and Yoshi's Island.

Classic Game Room HD reviews GAIARES for Sega Genesis from 1990, a side scrolling SHMUP published by Renovation Products. This classic Sega Mega Drive shooter is one of the most challenging on the 16-bit console and packs some of the best gameplay, music and visuals ever seen on Sega Genesis. Gaiares is one of the hardest side scrolling shooters (aka SHMUPS) on the Sega Genesis and is a worth addition to the collection of SHMUP fans. Amazing visuals and awesome music make repeat gameplay a blast which is good because you'll need to memorize every inch of space in this game to clear even the first three levels (out of eight total). This CGR review of Gaiaires on Sega Genesis has gameplay from Gaiares showing video game play in HD action from a modified S-video Sega Genesis model 1.

Part 2 here www.youtube.com This is a video game console that plays Super Nintendo SNES, Nintendo 8-bit NES and 16-bit Sega Genesis video games. It even has S-Video (which works for Genesis and SNES) as well as standard composite video. The Retron3 comes with 2 wireless controllers which are acceptable for NES games but have poor Genesis button mapping. More importantly though, the Retron 3 allows you to play with your original controllers for Genesis, NES and SNES!! Now, that's a feature!! This CGR review of the Hyperkin Retron 3 shows gameplay from several video games including Gaiares on Genesis, Ultraman on SNES and Zanac on Nintendo Entertainment System NES. This video shows the s-video quality of the Hyperkin Retron3 compared to a modified Sega Genesis Model 1 and demonstrates the audio quality. Video quality is very impressive and audio is not bad, although it lacks some of the dynamics that the original Genesis produces. Overall performance was awesome and CGR thinks that this console should not be overlooked when shopping for replacement old school systems. Flexibility, quality and original controller compatibility make the Retron 3 a bombastic classic video game console.
